Dear Lord Jesus, I believe that you are the Son of God and you died to forgive me of sins. I know that I have sinned. I ask you for forgiveness, I turn from my sinfulness, and I receive you as my Lord and Savior. Thank you for saving me. I want to live for you for the rest of my life. Amen
