Children's Ministry

At FBC.Dighton, we believe it is never "too soon" to teach about God's love and the implications of the gospel. In our Children's Ministry, we strive to create the first building blocks of a strong, gospel-centered foundation by teaching from the Scriptures and helping parents to proclaim to their kids who God is and what He has done in the person and work of Jesus Christ.
Our children’s church occurs simultaneously with the sermon in the adult worship service. Children are dismissed to their service after the offering in the combined worship service, thus allowing them initially to worship with the rest of their families and also creating a sense of belonging to the rest of the church body. Their own church service includes gospel-centered teaching in a manner appropriate to the way children learn and times of snacks and fun.
We also have a Children's Bible Study on Wednesday at 7:00 pm which is Bible centered for each age group.
